I actually thought I might be going crazy... because the things that I came to know in meditation, although absolutely wonderful, made me consider how it was possible that something as simple as meditation could reveal actual truths. Was it just wishful thinking? Maybe just being totally relaxed? Was I deluding myself? No on all counts. The book mentioned everything I've been experiencing in my daily meditations. So now, even if I AM crazy hahaha, I'm not alone, and what a great way to go!
